1. About the Studio

The Language of Silence Studio provides commissioned written interpretations and artistic works inspired by photographs, memories, places, and moments submitted by clients.

The delivered work is an original artistic interpretation. It is not intended to be a factual record, professional psychological assessment, or statement of objective truth.

2. Client Submissions

By submitting a photograph, written description, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it to the Studio for the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission does not violate the rights of another person or any applicable law.

3. Nature of the Service

The Studio creates original work based on the material and direction provided by the client.

The final work may include artistic interpretation, creative language, atmosphere, symbolism, and subjective observations. Results may therefore differ from the client’s expectations of a literal description.

4. Ownership and Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the completed commissioned writing is provided to the client for personal use.

The Studio retains the right to display selected completed work for portfolio, editorial, or promotional purposes only where appropriate and where doing so does not disclose confidential client information.

Any separate licensing or commercial-use rights must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Payment

Payment is required according to the price displayed at the time of purchase.

A commission is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received.

6. Revisions and Refunds

The service is creative and subjective. Minor reasonable revisions may be requested where they are consistent with the original commission.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once substantial creative work has been completed or delivered, a refund may not be available.

If the Studio is unable to complete an accepted commission, the client will be offered an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

7. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the selected service and the complexity of the commission.

The Studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe. Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Studio’s services to submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or infringing material.

The Studio may decline a commission that it reasonably believes involves unlawful activity or misuse of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Studio’s original website content, branding, published books, artwork, written works, and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute Studio materials without appropriate permission or licensing.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

The Studio provides creative services and does not guarantee any particular emotional, commercial, personal, or other outcome from the delivered work.

The Studio is not responsible for decisions made by a client based on an artistic interpretation.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when the Studio’s services or practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.
